3-Fluorophenmetrazine (also called 3F-Phenmetrazine, 3-FPM or PAL-593) is a stimulant substance of the chemical class phenylmorpholine. It is a fluorinated structural analogue of phenmetrazine, a once popular stimulant that was clinically used as an appetite suppressant (weight loss agent) in Europe in the 1950s before being subsequently withdrawn due to misuse issues and addiction.
Very little data exist on the pharmacological properties, metabolism and toxicity of 3-FPM in humans. It has no history of human use until 2014, when it first started being sold as a research chemical by online sellers.
Phenmetrazine was first patented in 1952 in Germany by Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. The substance is the result of Thomä and Wick’s research for an appetite suppressant that does not have the side effects of amphetamine. Clinical trials began in Europe in 1954.
Appearance, what does it look like?

It looks like phenmetrazine can give a false positive on screening (Amphetamine) But normally 3-FPM will metabolize in the body to a substance that has nothing to do with amphetamine. In any case, the substance will not be found in your urine after 3 to 5 days. [Source:
